JOB DESCRIPTION
We’re looking for friendly, motivated Customer Service Reps who thrive in a fast-paced environment and love helping people. In this role, you’ll be the go-to for answering customer questions, resolving issues, processing and updating orders, coordinating services with team members, and actively recruiting for weekly positions.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Providing day-to-day support to customers with quick, effective solutions
- Handling complaints with professionalism and a positive attitude
- Processing and modifying orders with accuracy
- Guiding workers through services and expectations
- Recruiting for open weekly positions
- Managing a high volume of incoming and outgoing calls
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of experience in a customer service environment
- Bilingual in Spanish is a must
- Typing speed of 30–35 WPM with 95% accuracy (we’ll test this)
- Strong phone and communication skills
- Comfortable multitasking and staying organized under pressure
