JOB DESCRIPTION
We’re looking for detail-oriented team players to support our Corporate Finance, Operations, and Customer Service departments. This is a behind-the-scenes role where you’ll handle data entry, general admin tasks, and help keep the office running smoothly. If you’re organized, great with numbers, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks, we’d love to hear from you!
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supporting internal teams with data entry, reports, and day-to-day tasks
- Handling general office duties and administrative support
- Using Excel and Google tools to keep everything on track
- Maintaining accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced environment
What We’re Looking For:
- Some accounting or office experience and a strong desire to grow
- Solid skills in Excel and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, etc.)
- Typing speed of 30–35 WPM with 95%+ accuracy (will be tested)
- 10-key by touch: 6,500 strokes/hour with 98% accuracy (will be tested)
- Friendly, reliable, and a strong team player
