What You’ll Do

As a Customer Relations Representative, you’ll serve as the connection between our customers, workforce, recruiting team, and operations.

Daily responsibilities include:

• Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and text messages
• Build relationships with customers and employees
• Solve attendance issues and schedule changes
• Assist with worker placements
• Coordinate with recruiting and operations teams
• Maintain accurate records and communication
• Deliver excellent customer service while managing multiple priorities
• Resolve problems quickly and professionally

No two days are exactly alike, which makes this role exciting for someone who enjoys variety.

The ideal candidate is:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (Required)
• Ability to type 45+ WPM with a minimum accuracy rate of 90%
• Comfortable talking on the phone throughout the day
• Friendly and engaging
