Results Staffing is looking for a bilingual Customer Service Representative who can build rapport quickly, stay organized, and take ownership when priorities change.

You will be a key connection between our customers, workers, Sales, and Operations teams–coordinating staffing activity, communicating updates, solving issues, supporting recruiting efforts, and keeping commitments moving forward.

This is not a quiet desk job or a scripted call-center role. It is an active, people-centered position where your voice, judgment, and follow-through make a difference every day.

What You’ll Own Day-to-Day

• Respond to customers and workers by phone, text, and email
• Receive, enter, confirm, and update staffing orders
• Coordinate call-offs, replacements, schedule changes, and urgent service needs
• Keep customers informed with timely and accurate updates
• Communicate assignment details and expectations to workers
• Support recruiting through candidate outreach, availability checks, basic qualification questions, and worker re-engagement
• Document calls, messages, cases, order updates, and follow-up commitments
• Work closely with Sales and Operations to resolve issues and prevent communication gaps

What It Takes to Succeed

• Bilingual Communication: Strong verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish is mandatory
• Engaging Phone Presence: A warm, confident, and relatable voice that quickly builds rapport with customers and workers
• Technology Skills: Comfortable navigating multiple systems while communicating by phone, text, and email. Typing speed of at least 45 WPM with a minimum accuracy rate of 90%
• Strong Organization: The ability to manage multiple conversations, orders, follow-ups, and system updates without losing important details
• Dependable Follow-Through: You take ownership, keep commitments, and make sure requests do not fall through the cracks
• Composure Under Pressure: You remain calm, helpful, and focused when priorities shift quickly
